Where are you located?
Enriched State Psychotherapy currently operates as a 100% virtual practice where sessions are held via a safe, secure, video-conferencing application. This gives many clients the flexibility to attend therapy in a manner that is both convenient and efficient.What payment methods do you accept?
To make things as convenient as possible, our office accepts contactless payment via the Jane application. Payment methods accepted via the Jane Application include Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Debit Mastercard, and American Express.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Enriched State Psychotherapy provides detailed invoices for clients to pay and submit. Please check with your insurance provider to see if mental health services offered by a Registered Psychotherapist are covered as a service in your plan.
How do I make an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, please send an email to Michelle.sullivan@enrichedstate.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.What are the fees?
The hourly rate for individuals is $150, and for couples is $160. What is your policy for a cancelled or missed session?
We require 24 hours to cancel an appointment without a fee and this applies to business days only. The full fee will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time.
