Hi, I’m MICHELLE.

I am bicultural psychotherapist who specializes in working with individuals living with anxiety, depression, grief, as well as those attempting to navigate interpersonal relationships, parenting, and stressful life transitions. 

My mission is to help individuals enrich various areas in their lives, and I believe that the therapeutic alliance between clients and therapists is vital in doing so. In order to nurture the this alliance I work diligently to ensure a warm, safe, and compassionate environment where clients feel at ease.


My Approach

I adopt an eclectic approach to therapy where I utilize several evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Humanistic therapies, as well as the Gottman Method. I strive to support clients in an individualized manner where their unique needs are met and handled with care. As a client, your time, resources and capacity for change will be valued.
